Marketing & Communication Manager Italy (m/f/d)

• You will act as the key link between the Italian market, our distribution partner and the international marketing team, actively contributing your own insights and ideas from the local market.
• You will develop local marketing ideas for our BELCANDO and LEONARDO brands and implement suitable activities together with our Italian distribution partner and the international marketing team.
• You will monitor the Italian market, competitors, as well as consumer and communication trends, and use these insights to develop concrete ideas and recommendations for the local development of our brands.
• You will identify local events, partnerships and activation opportunities and support their planning and implementation.
• You will support our Italian social media channels and community, contributing locally relevant topics and content.
• You will localise international marketing content and ensure that campaigns, product launches and marketing materials are linguistically and culturally appropriate for the Italian market.

• You live in Italy and have first-hand knowledge of the Italian market and its characteristics.
• Language and communication are a key part of your role: you have excellent Italian language skills and a strong command of English or German, enabling you to communicate confidently with both the Italian market and our international team.
• You have experience in marketing, ideally in FMCG, trade marketing or working with international brands.
• You work independently and in a structured manner, have strong communication skills and enjoy developing and implementing your own ideas.
• Ideally, you are familiar with social media and digital communication and have a good understanding of brand building and local market development.
• Ideally, you have experience working with distribution partners, local partnerships or within the Italian pet food market.
